Description
Our Maindo coffee beans come from Aghora Estate – a wildlife-friendly farm that Ms. Rohini Rajagopal organically manages (a 5th generation woman planter). This year, we used their double fermented micro lot, which involved two varied fermentations during the wet milling process. This coffee is roasted to medium level, offering a complex and bright stone fruit taste, with lingering chocolate, smooth caramel, and hazelnut finish.
