Our Kensho coffee beans, roasted to a light-medium roast, comes from Kalledevarapura Estate. Its wine base with grapefruit notes along with hints of prunes sends you to a divine land. The total absence of water usage during the post-harvest process and its slow natural maceration processing method enhances the flavor of the cherry of coffee beans, letting it seep deep into the beans. The coffee was subject to UV light filtering to remove all defects to give you a wholesome cup to enjoy.
And the fact that this is a MICRO LOT (meaning: only a SELECT FEW will get to enjoy this cup of coffee) makes it even more enjoyable with every sip.
